The Viceroy Hotel consists of 148 hotel guestrooms, 4k square feet of meeting space, 28k square foot Spa facility with 17 treatment rooms,a restaurant venue 15th & vine features 3 striking restaurants, 50 Lounge offers 3 unique restaurants, bars, and lounge, including a rooftop venue. Responsibilities
- Direct and monitor all daily functions of Engineering operations both interior and exterior
- Scheduling and Preventive Maintenance
- Manage Engineering Staff
- Responsible for all common areas, mechanical equipment and tower structure.
Daniel Electrical Contractors (11 years)
Started as a Material Man and work in all aspects of the electrical industry. I was given the opportunity to attend school for 4 years at ABCI Technical Institute for electrical(have certificates). Worked my way up to Superintendent . Attended Safety training courses. Safety Captain for construction sites and a Safety Committee Member for Daniel Electrical Inc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directed and monitored all daily functions of the Electrical aspects of the construction of high rises
- Build according to the blue Prints and documented all extra work outside of scope of the project.
- Scheduled all personnel according to the necessity of the job.
- Order material accordingly to not have an excess amount which would occur loss of revenue.
