MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Undertake regular safety inspections independently. Safety tours with Company Manager, Company Engineer, and Safety Officer. Implementation of HSE Rules & Regulation.

Safety induction training to the newly joining employees. Monitor the conduct of tool box talks by supervisor. Preparing weekly, monthly reports and updating the statistics board. Investigating Accident/ Incident/ Near Misses.

Co-ordinate the Safety Committee Meetings.

Increasing safety awareness among staff through regular meeting at all. Advising management promptly about unsafe equipment or working conditions. Coordinating with medical service, company first aid responder. Maintaining a well-stocked first aid room.

Acting as an emergency responder team leader to deal with emergency situation in the site.

Regular inspection of company, welding workshop and other potential hazardous area that requires safety precautions and performing a job hazard analysis identifying the existing and potential hazards associated ensure that all necessary safety equipment and safety signs are in place throughout work sites. Ensuring all equipment’s and electrical appliance used at the site are inspected regularly for safety.
