Accomplishment:

-Joined RMDK 2019, kept striving to change mindset of sales team to gain back respect from customers. Recovered over AED 21M old debts for UAE branch alone (pending since 2015) through commercial negotiation without or minimize the cost of legal service. Kept improving relationship with key clients, educating clients being in line with MNC standard so to benefit to both. Maintaining good rapport with legal firms, e.g. Al Tamimi, Clyde & Co. BKL etc.

-In charge Project for credit management/ collection improvement(contract) to Kansai Paint ME (Dubai Mar 2019 – May 2019) -Restructured credit policy and SOP of order to payment as well as the team, improved company liquidity.

-At Anixter, recovered 2 years’ overdue, e.g., 500K $ payment to project with Samsung since 2012 through a concession less than 27k $ only. Expedited LC process with SepcoIII, a Chinese Government backed company, maintained a good relationship with those key clients in the oil gas, IT and US Federal field.

-Joined Tyco Flow Control April 2012, resolved 2007~2010 overdue receivable in one year period, improved monthly collection from historical average $ 2~3M to minimum $ 4M, up to $ 13M as of the date. Participated Credit Committee Meeting in Belgium HQ, preparation to implement Getpaid system projects.

-At Schneider Electric, have been maintaining monthly collection over $ 30M, reduced Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) of Oman, and Bahrain up to zero. Supported number of major clients came over the impact of 2008 financial crisis; tremendously improved the cash collection of Qatar Branch. Was nominated by CFO, having participated the ME Insurance conference in Kuwait, interviewed by Richard Dean (Dubai Eye, radio presenter). Set up SOP, supported company liquidity with minimum funding.

- Supported an NGO for 3 years auditing activities, set up the accounting model for future operations.
