Job Objective: To lead, develop, advice and support the implementation of the warehouse and distribution strategy and business plans to deliver the strategic priorities of long-term growth opportunities.
Result Areas:
Developing an effective Warehouse and distribution strategy based on analysis, insight, expertise and warehouse principles.

Result Areas:
Manage the stock team to ensure:
–Stock on floor and stock on hand are aligned always.
–All stock variances are investigated and resolved, and that unresolved variances are posted daily.
–The daily reconciliation of all inbound and outbound processes, including PD, SD, 3rd Party, Production and Chep pallet management.
–Effective Chep pallet management in terms of cost, transactions and operational requirements.
