First, please allow me to share with you that, since I had joined the hospitality field, I started. as an opening team member at the JW Marriott Cairo which I gained a great and a lot of Front Office experience, then later on I joined the opening team of the Four Seasons Hotel Doha, also added a great experience at the Front Office operations, then after joining the Four Seasons Hotel, I decided to increase this experience by joining the Sales & Marketing department after a great experience gained in the Front Office operation, I had started at the Catering & Conference department managing a big numbers of events, conferences, weddings, meeting, outside catering events and ceremonies, with all the accounts segments, then I decided to add more to my hospitality experience and I joined the Sales Department as a Sales Manager based and depended on all my pervious experiences.

June 2015 till March 2020, Sales Manager:

Responsible to sell the hotel rooms, suites and function rooms for groups and individuals, working on different segments including all the types of the accounts, working on increase the Average Daily Rate (ADR) to reflect on the RevPAR of the hotel, which will assist in having a higher ADR and revenue by the end of the business year.
