Dear reader,

I am submitting my resume for consideration for the animal behavior and husbandry internship this coming summer. I have multiple skills that will be beneficial to the workplace and I am eager to learn more about animal behavior.

During my three years at SUNY Geneseo I have completed relevant coursework such as general, evolutionary, developmental biology, as well as ecology, biochemistry, and genetics. All of these courses have led to greater understanding of animal life and behavior and I am very passionate about working with animals.

In addition, I have a retail background for my prior work meaning that I have plenty of experience with public speaking and am entirely comfortable doing so. I am available for the listed hours, I am a US citizen, and am fully vaccinated against COVID 19. Please consider me for this position I would be ecstatic to learn more about animals and this field as a biology student and lifelong visitor of the Bronx zoo. Thank you for your time.
