SUMMARY
My career began in the automotive business as a switchboard operator with a goal to be a finance manager which was achieved. I then switched to the mortgage industry as a broker during the sub-prime boom then becoming a PA licensed broker operating a small successful business out of my home. I decided for personal reasons on a career in the home health care/hospice area which was so very rewarding. I have a great work ethic with an emphasis on customer service and sales. This was a work from home position as a CONTACT TRACER with the state of Pennsylvania. This job required contacting residents/dependents who came into contact with COVID then explaining isolation/quarantining answering any concerns or questions per situation.
