After Elections ended I was trained for Maricopa Assessor calls advising callers how to fill out foms if they were over 65 or better to apply for Senior Valuation Protection Program to decrease their taxes, also spoke to callers if they were totally disabled and what forms would need to be fflled out. Answering calls for Maricopa Treasurer advise of tax season and how and when their taxes needed to be paid, advised if taxes were past due what was the interest. Sent out duplicate Property Tax statements. Requested call backs from Supervisors if necessary, update accounts, advise customers how to go online to pay statements or print out copies. I have assisted the Office Receptionist- Switchboard when customers called in looking for different departments or names of individuals.
