CURRENT JOB DESCRIPTION
•Coordinating and planning all vehicle movements to and from worksites
•Schedule and arrange transportation, flights and other movements logistics for staff (foreign and local)
•Liaise with relevant regulatory agencies like LAWMA,SON,NAFDAC,MOE,MOH,Fire Service and Security Agencies.
•Review HSE plan, ensure its full adaptation to the needs of each worksite and various office environment proposing additional measures to address their specific HSE challenges.
•Responsible for care and maintenance of company vehicles
•Ensure that facility fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
•Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
•Maintain stock levels and parts within budget
•Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and assist with energy management
•Maintain functional and operational relationship with HSE officers at different worksites to ensure implementation of project approved best HSE practices at all worksites.
•Ensure the implementation of the project HSE management system (plans, procedures and specifications) in all aspects of work.
•Ensure appropriate use of supplies
•Participate in design reviews and audit sessions to verify that HSE requirements are addressed in all aspects of design and that the design complies with the HSE company rules and general specifications.
•Provide specialist advice, supports and technical assistance to the Project manager on HSE matters

•Review all HSE procedures and follow up their strict Implementation at worksites
•Monitor subcontractor’s activities to ensure adherence to HSE requirements
•Ensure implementation of the incident/accident management system

•Anticipate and advise management on future HSE resources needs, develop detailed mobilization and demobilization plans for all projects and worksites accordingly
•Establish monthly report to management and ensure continuous and proper recording of HSE statistics, including proper reporting from clients
•Check on the level of HSE training of personnel employed and ensures medical fitness compliance (company and contractor). Also participate in the definition of training plans for personnel, and contribute to the development of training courses.
•Ensure implementation of HSE induction and awareness program for the project workforce at each worksite.
•Issue the schedule and drive compliance to approved HSE meetings and audits planning, • Prepare and disseminate to entire workforce safety and lesson learned from incidents
•Ensure follow-up of staff HSE performance and necessary benchmarking.
•Ensure implementation of regular hygiene inspections at worksites with catering or accommodation facilities
•During site visits, be visible at worksite and available/approachable for discussion about HSE concerns.
