Under present facility i am treating chronic and acute cases of ortho, neuro and cardio condition,
In neuro physiotherapy:- Stroke, Quadriplegia, Hemiplegia, Paraplegia, Alzheimer’s disease, cerebral Palsy, Developmental delay in children, Parkinson's disease, Multiple sclerosis, G.B. Syndrome, Cerebellar diseases in children and ataxia, Acute traumatic and non-traumatic Spinal cord disorders and head injuries, Bell's Palsy, Peripheral neuropathies including brachial plexus, nerve root lesions and entrapments, Poliomyelitis, muscular dystrophy, etc.!
In Musculoskeletal physiotherapy: - Daily routines with patient included doing detail assessment providing diagnosis and plan of care. Using Evidence Based Practice (EBP) and latest research. - Using clinical tests for knee joint, Shoulder joint, ankle joint, hip joint, spinal joint, - Providing subjective and objective assessments for patients who suffer from joint pain, chronic LBP,cervical pain etc. ! - Setting patient cantered goals. - Providing treatment (manual therapy, PRICE, heat, exercises, mobilization) for the following conditions! - Post fracture rehab, soft tissue injuries, sport injuries (sprains, ACL tears, fractures, etc) nonspecific lower back pain, pre and post joint replacement rehab for knee and hip and shoulder, degenerative conditions such as PIVD, osteoarthritis, spondylitis spondylosis,spondylolithesis, occupational hazard related pain, etc! Maintaining and updating OPD and IPD patient record registers and log books. - Built fitness program for younger patient involved in sports (strength, endurance, agility, flexibility, plyometric training)! Recognised, assessed acute injuries including approaches like A-E approach and TOTAPS, managed them using.

As consultant physiotherapist from 4 to 6 pm. consultation to patient for physiotherapy and diagnosis, assessment and making care plan and treatment plan.
Since 19/09/2009 until 30/09/2011Worked at Ayub Ansari Nursing Home, Kolkata India.

• Assess patients' physical abilities through evaluative procedures such as functional ability tests
