Letter of reference for Sandy Garcia

To whom it may concern:

I am pleased to write his letter of recommendation for Sandy Garcia, who was my employee at MCH3 Medical Services for over 6 years from April of 2015 through November of 2021.

Sandy was an invaluable resource as the sole medical biller for our primary account during that time. She consistently demonstrated her commitment to keeping the client pleased and ensuring revenue flow was consistent and maximized. As she worked remotely, she was required to be available at any time of the day and she always responded rapidly and with accurate and timely information on billing or coding issues.

When required, or when it was simply asked of her, she would work on-site in person at the client's office to resolve any issues or simply ensure the client's confidence in our company's focus on their business and patients. She personally handled patient calls concerning billing issues and made herself available at almost any time of the day.

Sandy also seamlessly made the transition from one billing system (Medisoft) in a paper based office to another which was a full blown cloud based EMR (Athena) without any interruption in revenue flow. She took many training classes while working through that transition, and she helped ensure we had covered all bases and assisted the office staff in their transition.

I have the highest confidence in Sandy's professional demeanor and recommend her whole heartedly for any role as I know she is also a fast learner and committed employee.

Unfortunately, due to long-term COVID impacts on the business we are shutting down MCH3 Medical Services and working to move our clients to a new billing company. As a result, I had to sadly inform Sandy that we would terminate her employment at the end of November 2021.
