AUTOMATIC SLIDING STAND
In this modern and busy society people forget many things in their day to day life. These mistake are sometimes silly and other mistakes make some serious distraction in our life. One of an serious thing is the bike stand in India it’s an major mistake done by everyone that is they forget to takeoff the side stand of the bike this leads to many accidents. In India it’s an common problem almost each and every second people from any corner of our country people meet with an accident due to this. As an solution for this the Automatic Sliding Stand is designed.
WATER POLLUTION MONITERING WITH RC BOAT
This project is to implement the RC boat and get real time water quality using different sensors such as PH sensor, Turbidity sensor, Water temperature sensor, Air temperature and Humidity sensor etc. The RC boat is driven into the water area for the sample collection through the original control unit, and the boat carries relevant sensors as mentioned above is to transmit indexes on water quality to the remote control terminal wirelessly. Here the acquired data is stored in local SD card, for making convenience for water quality data analysis. This project is mainly applicable in the small ponds where the sea foods like prawns, fishes, crabs etc.. are grown.
FINAL YEAR PROJECT
Our project was “Optimized woodcutter for artificial nest making”. The aim of this project is to reduce the wood cutting time. In the design and analysis of single blade wood cutter we can feed the work piece on the feeder to cut single piece of wood into two. It will take long time for each operation. To reduce the operating time and to increase the productivity we are going to design and analysis the multi blade wood cutter instead of single blade wood cutter. In the design and analysis of multi blade wood cutter is to cut the large pieces of wood into small pieces. As per the required dimensions to set the four blade in sequential order connected to an 1hp motor. The bladed shaft is engaged in the motor at one side with a small size pulley. Small size pulley of the shaft in the motor would be combined with another small size pulley with the support of V-belt to transmit the power to the driving pulley. Transmitted power in the shaft is used to rotate the cutting blade, to cut into five pieces at a time. My responsibility was Design and Fabrication.
