To Assist Project Manager in managing construction projects and in charge of full aspect of engineering requirements
Ensure work is in conformance to the contract documents, approved plans, project specifications and project code of standards
Coordination with architects and clients for timely issue of drawings, instruction notes etc., and follow updates with them by maintain tracker
Monitoring the Daily work progress (DPR), Weekly progress report (WPR) & Monthly progress report (MPR) along with the approved schedules and time of completion of the project.
Ensure fulfillment of all inspection & test requirements at all stages as per the Contract requirements.
Ensure that communication regarding any changes in plan have reached the consultant and subcontractor
Attend site Weekly and site monthly meeting to review about site issues with Client
Certification of measurements as per Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and maintain tracker
To handle and check the architectural finishing
Ensuring all MEP and Civil works are done as per GFC drawings and in safety manners
Identifying root cause analysis for the critical NCR and make concise reports based on factual evidence
Incorporate with safety Officer by conducting tool box meeting, taking Work permit before starting of work, maintaining good Housekeeping of materials, ensuring all equipment and tools are in good operating conditions and all other possible safety measures are taken
Handing over the building to client, and explaining all qualities to the customer
