• Safely perform assigned warehouse functions utilizing established processes, procedures and tools while meeting performance expectations for productivity, quality, safety and attendance.

I greeted and directed clients as well as employees with 50 plus incoming and outgoing calls on a multi-line switchboard, as well as assisted with all administrative and clerical duties. I was promoted from switchboard operator to loan originations assistant October, 2004.on borrower's applications. I accurately calculated borrower's

income, assets and liabilities for application approval process. I preformed employment verification as well as verification of large or random banking deposit's that may be needed for further review in the underwriting department. I requested credit supplements when needed from Equifax. I would request a fraud guard report be run on every borrower's completed application. I ordered and reviewed borrower's credit reports to check for judgments, liens, past due payments, disputes, and/or previous mortgages that could potentially hold up the approval process. I requested and reviewed title commitments to verify there were no judgments, liens, etc. when documentation is needed that also could potentially hold up the approval process.

At this point in the process if by chance the appraisal and title weren't received in the processing department. I would periodically reach out to the appraisal management companies and/or title companies to get status on when reports will be received. I was required to accurately input information to be transmitted to Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae underwriting department for loan approval process and verification that all documents submitted follow Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac/FHA guidelines. Once all needed documentation was received file would go to underwriting for review and if conditions where needed, then the file is sent back to processing for final review and completed for underwriting approval. I was required to request and update documentation from the borrower as needed. All experience above applies to reverse mortgages, conventional refinances, & VA/FHA. Education
