Hello, my name is Stephanie Gray. As a former Listing Secretary/Administrative Assistant with Crye-Leike in the past, I was excited to see the posting on Zip Recruiter for the position of Office Administrator. Working my way up from Receptionist to Listing Secretary/Administrative Assistant at the Hot Springs Office from 2004-2006 I thoroughly enjoyed what I did in terms of daily duties and the friends that I made while working there. I am sure that in the years since I left the job has changed, but in my role as Administrative Assistant I was cross trained in 3 positions and trained our Office Administrator when the OA that hired me was terminated, I acted as OA in her absence including going over hiring and termination paperwork with agents beginning and ending their tenure with the company. I am actively looking for a company that can benefit from my experience and in turn give me a position in a company that I can grow with personally and professionally.

I have over three years experience in data entry. I have worked in different settings using my skills including ordering custom windows and their service parts.
