Current position is a Hybrid between Supervisor and Engineer .Leading 6 UAW employees, 8 Fanuc Paint robots and assisting with 12 more Fanuc robots. Painting 400-600 parts per shift for Stellantis, Kenworth and Paccar. Optimizing throughput with ongoing changes with paint and robotics. Running a multi-million dollar paint booth. Fanuc robot complications may include paint delivery malfunctions, mechanical issues and programing offsets all shift complications need to be resolved. Work instructions, Job solutions, cost reductions are all a daily job. In charge of two paint, mix rooms and a wash all in which need constant over view for issues from pumps, ratios and chemistry content.
Played a major part in the new paint launch in which saved the company Millions of dollars in repairs and repaints increasing our FTY from 67-75% to 90%.

As a production operator, was in charge of weaving fiberglass and making my own paint resin. We produced many fiberglass materials from armor for homes, grates, ladders, and channels for AEP along with railroad ties for CSX. All molds were injection molding and hand weaved parts. Very hands on leader building my crews for each press in which include 2 press operators, a utility operator, water jet operator, and a back fold operator all to form headliners for Honda. Worked on ILU’S work, instructions, word, PowerPoint, and excel as group lead. My other responsibilities include changing molds out on all equipment on the line, adjusting Fanuc robots to meet customer’s standers. If there was an issue with the mold, I also had to repair.
