Associate professor/Reader - July 2015 - till date Assistant professor/ Senior Lecturer - Oct 2008 - June2015 My role involves,

• Taught and mentored (200+) Undergraduate and Post Graduate dental students every academic year since 2011.

• Designed, developed, and delivered course material, curriculum, and syllabus since 2015.

• Actively participated in several academic events with renowned researchers and field experts with a view to exchange knowledge and treatment possibilities.

• Supervised and mentoring teaching assistants and graduate students from time to time.

• Participated in faculty and departmental meetings w.r.t updating processes, cases, examinations, student progress.

• Organized multiple large scale guest seminars and faculty events giving students the opportunity to interact with established industry professionals.

• Guided the Undergraduate student team on research on “Solar powered mobile dental van” and “Intra-oral vibration device for treatment of Myofascial Pain Dysfunction syndrome”; both unique projects have received patent in Medical Gadget of India in 2020. (Design number : 326797-001).

• Mentored the Undergraduate student team on extensive research on “Research on effectivity of binaural beats in reduction of pain and anxiety in pediatric patient”; which received a University Research Grant for in 2019.

• Appointed as a Reviewer for International Journal of Pediatric Dentistry in the year 2018.

• Lead as CAP custodian for theory examination in 24 Jun to 7 July for summer 2014.

• Moderated as Internal vigilance squad for theory exam for winter 2013.
