Completely responsible for the EA development of a large US Navy modernization project in the areas of Logistics, Acquisition and Weapons Systems support. Installed and tested EA tool created DODAF EA Artifacts and provided training and guidance on EA meaning, usage, methods and tools.

Developed CV1 and CV2, Ov5as and OVbs, SVs and DIVs at all levels. The task involved interpreting and updating artifacts as the solution matured. Presentations to different audiences on the project status, EA artifacts, evolution impact and continuous requirements analysis.
