Investor Relations
Strategic Acquisitions, Inc. (“SAI”), a privately-owned institutional-grade, vertically-integrated, real estate operating platform focused on acquiring, renovating, leasing, selling and managing quality SFR, apartments and commercial investment properties. Founding member of the original management team reporting to the CEO, contributing directly to the company’s growth from $1M in revenue and 15 employees, to $11M in revenue and 240 employees.
Shaped the Investor Relations Department from the ground up. Provided leadership and oversight on all aspects of the investment lifecycle for private and wholesale investors. Successfully partnered with many teams through high-volume, high-pressure transactions in the multi-millions, on a regular basis.
• Led the investor relations strategies and drove all associated engagements and functions. Built out full scale white-glove service engagement which garnered loyalty and a notable expansion of the investor pool.

• Meticulously maintained accountability and integrity of transaction documentation, for all properties, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Represented the company with investors in all aspects, ensuring messaging and communications were consistent with the company's mission.
• Compiled and presented monthly status reports to the CEO, detailing accounting summaries for each property. These reports were used to drive business decisions.
• Responsible for proper documentation, insurance, recording fees, and any other disbursements associated with the trustee’s sale transactions. o Ensured transactions were in accordance with lender requirements, and local and national escrow requirements.
o Conducted detail-oriented quality control on all documentation associated with the transactions, including reconciliation of accounting records. o Communicated regularly with clients and investors in a timely manner. o Resolved any problems, issues or questions, both verbally and in writing, to facilitate resolution for funding.
• Responsible for oversight of the transaction in its entirety, from Loan Documents through Recording.
o Communicated with the team throughout the escrow process. o Ordered and reviewed preliminary title reports and supporting documentation. o Ordered demands from private investors and insurance.
• Responsible for examining title orders within company guidelines to determine the conditions of the title and insurability by considering the effect of documents such as deeds, deeds of trust, mechanics liens, tax liens, judgments, assessments, probates and other matters of record.
o Conducted analyses to identify any title defects and formulated curative requirements as applicable.
o Updated title and judgment searches and ensured timely processing of all associated documents.
o Recommended and advised management on process improvement opportunities, along with the expected outcomes. Led the initiatives to improve processes and service/products in accordance with expectations.
