Industrial training in hotel Aurora towers for 3 months. Assistant barman in Khar gymkhana for 3 months august 2010. Worked as a bartender with Taj Blue Diamond (Pune) 1 August 2011 till September 2014.

Operations:-Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according company specifications for guest at bar.

Taking orders and making guest feel taken care of during visit. Handling 40 covers of bar with 2 staff member.

Planning of the bar to meet the daily needs of the operation. Assigning and scheduling of the shift and allocation of the duties in absence of supervisor. Supervising and auditing the team to ensure that the work is done by the standards. Plan for additional staffing, inventory of glassware. Any special arrangements for VIP functions in absence of supervisors.

Train the trainee.

Ensure the training of the new comers.

Responsible for maintain the bar stock.

Ensure that the outlet achieves maximum results in terms of guest satisfaction. Maximize revenue through sales and increasing the average check through up-selling. DUTIES PERFORMED AT VIVANTA,HINJAWADI

Taking care of bar inventory.

Ensure that everything is set according to bars standard before operations starts. Putting indent for next day operation.
