Operations:-Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according company specifications for guest at bar.
Taking orders and making guest feel taken care of during visit. Handling 40 covers of bar with 2 staff member.
Planning of the bar to meet the daily needs of the operation. Assigning and scheduling of the shift and allocation of the duties in absence of supervisor. Supervising and auditing the team to ensure that the work is done by the standards. Plan for additional staffing, inventory of glassware. Any special arrangements for VIP functions in absence of supervisors.
Train the trainee.
Ensure the training of the new comers.
Responsible for maintain the bar stock.
