JOB RESPONSBILITY& DUTIES

Work Experience-John Deere India Pvt Ltd (Assistant technician as team leader manufacturing quality.

Operational knowledge of vehicle assembly.

Final Quality control and final vehicle inspection.

Patrolling And Process Audit,. Torque Audit.CFPA (customer focus product audit), Dock and yard audit and PDI Inspection.

Ensuring PPM within target and taken action plan in 8D format..

Giving awareness training operator on ISO9001:2015 & IAFT-1649.

Data collection for internal and external defects & Analysis for their root cause.

Attending customer complaints & initiates necessary action with Cross Functional Team.

Knowledge of PFMEA, Engineering Drawing, control plan and process flow diagram.
