Summary
Throughout my many job roles i have had two that made the most impact on me and it was because my work ethic and dedication to get the job done, and the management or ownership believed in me. For example one of the companies i first ever worked for i started at the very bottom and made my way to assist GM because the ownership valued my skills and trusted his business with me and the GM where he could go open a new store in a different city i was only 19 at the time fresh into the world all on my own. The second job i had was with a major corporation and i learned a lot i worked 9 months as a temp employee making less money not getting the bonus that the other workers where getting, but i showed up everyday and was in the top 10 in production results every month and i was finally given a chance to be hired on full time. At the time money was never the factor for me i enjoyed going to work being around those same group of people it was a family to me in that warehouse one of us struggled we would pick each other up because we all struggled if we didn't have a tight bond. This meant a lot to me because i didn't have parents growing up and this taught me a lot about life at the age of 20. I raised up through that company after getting hired on winning multiple awards, prices, and promotions. My last promotion i had 3 different job roles offered to me at one time lead warehouse, lead production, and a sales role. I ended up taking the sales role and got relocated to a different city i figured it was time to step out of that safe zone i had know for so many years. I learned a lot of new things in my sales role i love making those connections with people. My skills are basically across the board time management to sales money handling management working with no supervision and i can basically operate any type of equipment in a warehouse. Mainly i am a dedicated employee to any company i work for and if given a chance no matter the role i can show you what i can do. Experience
