The following consulting projects were performed concurrently with providing full-scope HR support for the Center for Research Libraries on a part time basis.
Started up HR function for Precision Research, Inc., a market survey and focus group firm. Scope of work included: revising their policy manual; developing position descriptions; establishing a performance evaluation system; employee relations and recruiting an HR Manager. Jan. 2007 – Jan.2008
