Job responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance of air & water cooled NH3 Ammonia chillers, Air compressors, Boilers (Diesel) & Air Driers.

Maintains ammonia cooling systems by creating and completing checklists, ensuring the cleanliness and safety compliance of the machines, performing proactive maintenance, working closely with mechanics, and keeping supervisors informed of system issues.

Perform PMs and repairs on compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, vessels, valves, and other machinery included in the ammonia refrigeration equipment

Pump shaft seal replacements.

Troubleshoot electrical problems.

Ability to write SOPs, pump-down procedures.

Diagnosing malfunctions and defects in equipment

Operating tools, gauges and other testing equipment for refrigeration systems

Plate Freezer, Tunnel Freezer, IQF & Cold Store
