It is a US Consulate compound construction projects, to DOS OBO dept. currently constructing New US consulate compound at Erbil, Iraq, situated on 49 acres land area consisting 2 high rise and 12 low stories buildings with exterior glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) and stone clad walls and interior gypsum/dry walls, WWTP, Recreational building, CAC Buildings, Concrete & Asphalt Roads and scenic soft and hardscape Infrastructure and having worth of 445m USD.

Project: NEW Embassy Compound Islamabad, Pakistan.

BLHI is an American EPC contractor having multimillion dollar projects around the world; mainly involve in US Embassy construction projects, to DOS OBO dept. constructing New US Embassy compound at Islamabad, situated on 43 acres land area consisting 5 high rise buildings with exterior shear walls and interior gypsum/dry walls, WWTP, Recreational building, CAC Buildings, Concrete Roads and Iconic soft and hardscape Infrastructure and having worth of 700m USD.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensuring construction team’s quality of work in the field and complies with ES&H standards (OSHA & EM-385).

Conducting reviews on design packages at different stages of the process.

Author and follow up RFI’s (Request for Information) with designers and client and disseminate the information to all concerns.

Prepare & review submittals and verifies the compliance upon material delivery at site.

Prepare, review and issue coordination, Steel rebar shop drawings, Architectural stone and Metal panel Façade drawings (Site Instruction, SI) to project site for high rise buildings (9 stories each), 3 stories recreation building, 3 stories parking garage and compound infrastructure having hard & soft landscaping and concrete road network.

Author develop scopes of work, construction documents, plans and specifications. and cost estimates for new construction projects, building repairs, equipment overhauls, and equipment replacement schedules.

Fully responsible for the quantities take-off and preparing the REA for the whole project for Civil and Architectural Items of the contract.

Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimating costs.

Planning and monitoring daily activities of the project and managing equipment and tools required.

Supervising, Planning, assigning and monitoring daily activities of subordinate team.

Project Includes 41 Acres Concrete Apron, Extension of Existing Asphalt Taxiway, New CALA Asphalt Taxiway, Apron/Taxiway Lighting and Striping, Arm/Disarm Pad, ASP, Asphalt Road Network to Aircraft Hangers & ASP.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparing and conducting three phases of control.

Ensuring that the appropriate and required testing program is implemented; and evaluating, reviewing, monitoring and documenting the results.

Recently Emrooz E&C has won an AFCEE, as client, project at Shindand Air Base, Herat Province from Lakeshoretoltest Corporation worth of 28 Million US Dollars. This project is an Afghan National Air force Expansion project consisting of 36 K-Span Style steel sheet buildings including Barracks, latrines, DFAC, Arms Storage, MWR and Fuel storage facilities etc., 2 Aircraft Maintenance PEB Hangers, Air Traffic Control Tower, Electrical distribution system, Sewerage system, Water distribution system and Concrete Road Network.

Reviewed design drawings & compared it with Statement of Requirement.
