Experience: Twenty years of hands on experience in position of supervisory in Supply Organizational and Intermediate Maintenance on aviation management and administration in NALCOMIS, Naval Aviation Logistic Command Management Information Systems. Responsible for accounting of aircraft fuel consumption, aviation fleet management funds (7F), financial management,including budgeting,project cost funds control,procurement requisitions documents and Government property, minor plant property custodian monitors day-to-day status of funds, maintains inventories and records files, publications and Accounting of classified equipment.

Material Handler-053.

-Responsibilities recieve, process, stow and verify accurately all mateiral coming in for trades X32 and X42 departments checking for damage, lost or missing items upon receipt from X54 transportation department from various warehouses. verifing all paperwork matches quanties ordered. part number, NNS number from trade work shops. Kitting Prep Handler pull and process material ie: vents, foundation, bolts, nuts,screws bulkhead material, and various components that restores a ships compartment. for the trades to install on the ship via a kitting sheet, requested by the foreman stating they are ready to recieve material for reinstallation on the ship for overhual process. ensuring all material requested is banded down, strink wrap and palleties for promt delivery to trades ordering the material.

Material Support-X32.

-X32 Material support personnel for trade X32 Sheet Metal Department. responsibilities perform accurate, verification of material from stop 900 warehouse location for receipt, inspection. process and accountability of shipboard assets for the installation and reinstall of various equipment via kitting sheets for carrier overhaul of U.S.S. Arbraham Lincol. assuring part numbers, quantity TO- numbers location of were material is slayted for final installment via Main Deck Hanger Bay or Flight Deck Laydown area for proper installment into compartment by tradesman personnel

Supply Technician:

-Workcenter Supervisor for 05D Tool Room at HSC-2, duties (IMRL)-Individual Material Readiness Listing (SE) asset inventories manager of over 623 line items in asses of over 1.8 million dollars.

inventory, account, track, data process govening OPNAV 4790.1A policy and instruction. Metrology Calibration Manager, track, induct process and physical up keep of over 290 pieces of calibrated gear, test set, gauges, torque wrenches, etc.

Aviation Supply System Specialist:

. Perform both afloat and ashore functions utilizing Naval Aviation Logistic Command Management Information System (NALCOMIS),RSUPPLY systems.

. Process inventory management records and listing of parts, stock on hand quantity locations in the Supply department intermidiate level cycle.

. Supervised the input of data in NALCOMIS system,expediting,receiving,issuing,tracking of 900 material requisitions in support of four FA/18 squadrons assigned CVW-17 team.

. Trained and qualified five personnel in proper PMU-Planned Management Unit tasking.

Support Equipment Asset Manager:

. Management Aviation Support Equipment (IMRL)-Individual Material Readiness Listing (SE) asset inventories of over 1,010 line items of gear valued at in asses of over 54 million dollars.

. Provide training in supply procedures, technical publications and automated data, process, and SE asset management governing directives and instructions,

. TCPC-Tool Control Program Coordinator overall manager in charge of monitoring squadron tool control program in coordinance with the (NAMP), Naval Aviation Maintenance Program. Responsible for tool control accountability, ordering, purchasing, inspecting, replacing,buying,disposal of broken, worn, damage tool and equipment of thereof and all related security policies, instructions training etc.

Logistic Control Manager:

. Principle administrator for maintaining all shipping and tracking of material. Supervised 6 logistic administrators in shipping and receiving,packaging and issues of material and cargo processing.

. Prepared training documents for technicians on daily task operations of commercial shipping and the system of operation within the functional areas of shipping and receiving and performance management.

. Conduct inventories on bulk items, wall-to-wall, cabinets, bins,shelf life items and process stowage records and listing.

Operations: Ultilized commercial off the shelf software and operating system specific tools to perform off site material location and track data recovery and auditing functions,created and configured and maintained supplies,spare parts,stock records and conduct inventories.

Aviation Storekeeper:

. Conducted and evaluated shipping and receiving of supply orders,packages on all supply equipment. Responsible for maintaining and upkeep of over $15 million dollars in supply equipment for over 800 items of classified and unclassified equipment and computers, maintained a comprehensive library for technical support directives,publications and manuals, and various other hardware and material Working Capital Fund, and General Fund (mission funding), Purchase Card etc.
