• Conduct daily HSE inspection at fabrication site/ workshop and plant areas.

• Reporting & Analysis of unsafe actions and unsafe conditions.

• Ensure toolbox meetings/ safety talk by foreman/supervisor.

• Provides HSE induction to newcomers.

• Monitoring the implementation of permit to work system (PTW)/ Lockout & Tag out (LOTO).

• Support/Coordinate emergency mock drills and exercises on how to manage emergency situations.

• Conducts investigations and reporting of all accidents and near misses.

• Follow up the implementation of Corrective actions from accident investigations, facilities inspections,
