Calibration management for measuring instruments

Daily GEMBA Meeting Reporting

Knowledge of Surface treatment such as galvanizing, anodizing etc.

Responsible for testing of metals such as DP test, UT Test, Bending test etc.

Problem Solving (RCA)by 7 QC tool, DMAIC, 8D methodology etc.

Run Continual Improvement projects for reduction of scrap, rejection, KAIZEN etc.

SOP/WI preparation and maintenance for shop floor activities

Set the quality inspection criteria for new product.

Manpower management, approx. 40 Nos of inspector in department

External and internal audit handling for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Customer specific audits etc.

Rejection analysis of semi finish and finish products and reduce the trend by taking actions.
