Appointment Setter,Customer Service Agent, Outbound Sales Agent/Data Entry,Call Center Representative, Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, Recruiter Voicemail Servicing and Student Education Advisor

Reasons For Leaving: After 5 Years of being an employee I was still where I started, despite gaining more training and education over the years of time, there was no room for elevation within the company.

I started out working the college enrollment campaigns which included handling incoming calls from an autodialer that generated outbound calls. After presenting a script and offering rebuttals if needed. After succeeding I would begin entering data for the potential college student then forwarding their information to the school's enrollment department to be reviewed further.

I was later promoted to appointment setting and customer service roles. I'd take Incoming Calls from prospective clients or customers for various home improvement companies.

I'd also schedule their appointments while inserting data into the appointment wizard, doing data entry. I also handle incoming calls as a customer service representative handling issues with appointments, and orders. I also perform outgoing calls for sales purposes also to persuade callers into scheduling their appointments with clients they have inquired about. My talents also include exclusive customer service skills, my duties also include responding to lists of potential clients that have expressed interest through websites, emails, or direct mail coupons, etc.

My duties also included being able to process calls through an automated dialing system, forwarding calls and transferring calls as well as call conferencing connections, while responding with rebuttals and presenting scripts per-verbatim. I must maintain a certain amount of leads per hour and a “High-Quality Assurance Percentage” of a 98 percentile or more. It’s also my duty to toggle between different windows in order to complete the appointment setting process or research information within a caller's account.

I'd take Incoming Calls from customers, who clicked on an ad, or saw a commercial online that they were interested in pursuing or getting services for. I would secure the lead for the company they inquired about, or at times just handle customer service calls, I never knew what the calls would be like. Therefore, I had to be trained to handle all calls at any given moment
