Led Global Deployments of Information Security systems. These deployments have included COTS products as well as the infrastructure required to establish new or upgrade existing environments. These projects have included the integration to legacy systems requiring software development. These efforts did include Cloud-based solutions and the additional rigor required for such solutions.

Worked as a liaison between Engineering and Production to simplify production, improve quality, and improve product designs to make them easier to manufacture and eliminate rework and scrap. Trained, provided training, and implemented SPC on the shop floor to control the processes rather than correcting the finished parts. This was the original Six Sigma taught by Boeing Aircraft. Reduced setups (tooling and actual moving of the parts) to eliminate costs and wasted time. This resulted in a 30% reduction in jigs and tooling on the floor and increased overall output.
