Objective
I decided to become a teacher to share my knowledge and passion for music and to encourage youngsters to realize and meet their full potential in this area. As a teenager I had many teachers who were fundamental in my growth as a musician. I am highly motivated to influence young students to be excited about learning music and an instrument. I love to bring my creativity and expertise and use it to make music learning fun and understandable. I can teach many styles of music and I can help them learn to read music, compose, accompany each other and be productive members of an ensemble. I would like the opportunity to serve young people to increase their comprehension, generate appreciation and to foster passion for music. I will help them understand music and help them believe that music is an important and useful tool for life.
