WORK EXPERIENCE

MONDELEZ INTERNATIONAL – Atlanta, GA 1983 – 2021

Global snack company (formerly Kraft/Nabisco) plant producing cookies, crackers, and salted snacks along with other food products. Plant can produce up to 56 different SKUs. Plant closed and production moved to newer facility.

Processor/Belt Sewer (2000 – 2021)

Monitored and adjusted all baking and processing equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards and appropriate recipes and formulas, including oven temperature, moisture content, weights, and stack height. Familiar with and have run product on all eight (8) bakery lines in the plant.

Analyzed and troubleshot problems and issues on baking process and ensured line was back up and running.

Communicated with machinists and electricians as necessary to resolve issues.

Worked alongside maintenance to restore and maintain production and avoid lost downtime.

Repaired and replaced all sizes of conveyer belts up to 80 feet long under pressure to reduce downtime.

Responsible for running machines, controlling and operating computers, and making adjustments, improving product quality and saving raw materials.

Worked to anticipate potential problems early and informed line and system managers so that issues were addressed as quickly as possible, which has saved lost downtime.

Emptied mixers into large troughs and moved them to processing area.
