Directly responsible for planning, resourcing, and synchronizing current and future collective operations and training programs for the Headquarters, a Maintenance Company, and two Patriot Firing Batteries.

Managed operations in support of the Commander's Intent and Directives.

Planned and coordinated battalion-level collective exercises.

Managed all tactical training related to the Battalion's ability to fight and win its Air and Missile Defense Mission.

Recognized as the Chalk Commander for the advance party into war.

Led the Battalion Staff Exercises during the pre-deployment training; ensuring the staff was prepared for wartime operations.

Served as the Assistant S-3 and Battle Captain throughout the Battalion’s CENTCOM deployment and flawlessly integrated task-organized Air Defense Fire Platoons.

Managed all theater security cooperation events dealing with the Bahrain Defense Forces; thus strengthening U.S. relations with Bahraini Defense Forces.

Responsible for the maintenance, readiness, accountability, and tactical deployment of five pieces of Patriot equipment and 3 tactical vehicles, with associated communications and power generation equipment, valued more than $50 million.

Planned, resourced, and executed the Battery’s first Convoy Operation consisting of over 100 Soldiers, exceeding $50 million worth of equipment, during the Battalion-wide 100 km Mobility Exercise and received laudatory comments for the mission’s successful completion.

Managed, planned, and executed the Battalion M2 Range, resulting in 100% of Battalion M2 firers qualifying.

Formulated a plan and constructed a standard operating procedure for range operations that was later implemented by the rest of the battery.

Vital member of the All-Army Soccer Team and successfully led the team to a Gold Medal.

Selected to be a member of the All-Armed Forces Soccer Team that traveled to South America to play against international teams.

Lead planner and organizer for Brigade Organization Day for over 2000 soldiers and families.

Battery Executive Officer - Fort Bliss, TX (2008-2009)

Executive Officer of an 88M Motor Transport Operator’s Course (MTOC) for an Advanced Individual Training unit consisting of 65 Non-Commissioned Officers.

Responsible for the safe operation, accountability, and maintenance of over $28,000,000 worth of facilities and equipment including 256 vehicles, 54 trailers, 19 vehicle simulators, 3 garrison sites consisting of 5 buildings, 2 field sites totaling 60+ acres of training area, and in charge of managing an annual budget of $125, 000.

Served as the Officer in Charge (OIC) of 14 Convoy Live Fire Exercises and 14 Advanced Rifle Marksmanship Ranges which resulted in zero injuries.

Moved the Motor Transport Operator’s Course from Fort Bliss, Texas to Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.

Assigned and managed the movement of more than 170 vehicles to Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, IAW Department of the Army BRAC directives; moreover, the movement was completed two months ahead of schedule due to diligent planning and execution which resulted in saving the Army over $100 million.

Assistant Operations Officer (S-3) - Fort Bliss, TX (2007-2008)

Responsible for the training and proficiency of MOS students IAW the Program of Instruction (POI) for over 2500 Active Duty, National Guard, and Reserve Soldiers annually.

Provides training for National Guard and Reserve units that mobilize for deployment in support of the Global War on Terrorism.

Handpicked to be the Officer in Charge of the Battalion’s Safety Day in 2008.

Successfully completed the Unit Movement Officer Course, Instructor Training Course, and Automated Air load Planning Systems Course.
