2.FREELANCE NAVAL ARCHITECT (SEP 18 to till date)
Worked as a MARINE SURVEYOR for Grandweld Shipyard,Dubai.it is a 8 month (Aug 20-Mar-21) contract basis Inspection of the Propeller & P-Bracket which manufacturing by indian company called SHREE GAJANAN PRASAD WORKSHOP for Grandweld’s shipyard’s 7 newly constructing 42m Aluminum Boats.
Worked as a project Manager for the Nauticus Marine LLP. It is a 3 Month (Aug19-
Nov19) contract basis Project Supervision of offshore Rig ABAN-4 Which was
repaired in CHOWGULE LAVGAN SHIPYARD,Maharashta and the job functions are
given below.
Responsible for Commercial health of Repair Project.
Exercising control over labour and material expended for the project.
Preparing and providing change orders for variations in original scope of work executed during project execution.
Preparing and providing regular budget updates to the client for aiding them in reviewing and controlling their budget.
Provide estimate and budget (material and labour) to various trades for work execution.
Continuous Monitoring to ensure that the material and labour consumption is within the stipulated limits to ensure that the commercial health of the project is maintained throughout.
Conducting routine time and motion studies for reviewing established man-hour consumption norms for the regular repair activities carried out in the yard and to identify means to increase productivity.

It is a contract basis inspection of the construction material.which is loaded from the different ports of mumbai on the ship for the SHIVAJI STATUE which is building in the Arabian sea near colaba area. This contract also includes the draft survey of the ship,cargo inspection & securing arrangements of the different materials Loaded in the vessel like machinery items,cements, concrete blocks etc.
Worked as a Exclusive Marine Surveyor for the TATA Projects. It is a contract basis inspection of the construction material,which is loaded from the different ports of mumbai on the ship for the MUMBAI TRANS HARBOUR LINK (MTHL) which is an under construction 21.8km,Freeway grade roadbridge connecting the city of Mumbai with Navi Mumbai. This contract also includes the draft survey of the ship,cargo inspection & securing arrangements of the different materials Loaded in the vessel like machinery items,cements, concrete blocks etc.
