Managed logistics and oversaw a team of over 70 members; ensured cohesion between 4 portfolios using practiced time management and organization. Completed simultaneous administrative, planning/brainstorming, and research tasks, accounting for diverse team perspectives. This enabled the execution of creative events/workshops such an annual open mic (150 guests pre-covid). Researched and conveyed current social issues and news through creative social media graphics (i.e. topics have included understanding autism spectrum disorder, and covid-19 affecting BIPOC individuals).

Guided the creative vision and marketing strategy of projects including the seasonal FRAMED Youth Magazine, contributing to a growth of over 1700+ followers on Instagram. Strong track record of building relations and partnerships with Brampton City Council, Islamic Relief, Studio89, and a diverse range of community figures. Extensive experience pitching and presenting, reflected in the winning of grants and security of sponsors (i.e. won a $500 grant from AccessCharity). Successfully transitioned to online, engaging workshops (such as book/art/media community discussion circles) as a result of the pandemic, reflecting a culturally and socially mindful ability to problem solve.
