To administer the numerous security administrative functions that from part of the Credit Risk process of the Bank pertaining in particular to the initial preparation of security documentation, the correct recording thereof in the CSD register for future and continuous reference and the maintenance of the Bank’s security documentation, to maintain and improve inter department liaison and working relationship between departments to ensure that the standard of correspondence is always of the highest standard, concise yet precise. The tone of correspondence is always to be professional and both inward and outward correspondence to branches and the Bank’s customers to be actioned timeously and correctly, it is imperative that comprehensive diary notes are maintained at all time to ensure the outstanding matters particular to CSD are followed up timeously to maintain a professional and friendly disposition when communicating with insurance companies when requesting information and / or documentation for a continued smooth flowing of work procedures within CSD.
