Watch Supervisor (NCO) RCMP- Airdrie, AB 2020- Present

§ Supervise a team of 12 Patrol Officers (“B” Watch), ensuring that service calls are attended to promptly and in compliance with organizational protocols. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of reports and schedules. Provide advice and recommendations to the Supervisor in an effort to inform key decision- making processes specific to operations as well as workplace conflict resolution.

§ Attend service calls as a Supervisor and Lead Investigator, often liaising with external agencies including the City of Airdrie, Social Services, Calgary Police, Aboriginal groups, businesses, and community organizations.

§ Trained members on report writing and investigations while offering continual mentorship and coaching to enhance career development.

Detachment Commander RCMP- Fort Good Hope, NT/ Colville Lake 2019- 2020

§ Ran a detachment of 4 Members while focusing on rebuilding community/ police relations. Met with Dene and Metis organizations, consulted with community leaders, attended cultural events, and developed lasting relations with key community stakeholders.

§ Managed a satellite community (Colville Lake) for regular patrols, located 3 hours from the detachment by ice road. Organized regular patrols and emergency response service, chartering planes as needed.

§ Scheduled relief for members on leave, managed detachment financials/ budgeting, and oversaw member wellness and training initiatives.

Detachment Commander RCMP- Tulita, NT 2016- 2019

§ Managed a detachment with 2 members serving a community of 400. Liaised with Aboriginal groups, participated in community events, and liaised with the Mayor/ Council regularly to report on trends.

§ Provided training in youth suicide prevention, firearm safety, and community safety.

§ Oversaw detachment budgets, hiring, and ensuring that calls were attended to promptly as part of the busiest 2-member detachment within the Northwest Territories. General Duty Patrol (Constable) RCMP- Langley, BC 2014- 2016
