Maintain highest safety and housekeeping standards in the LAB and comply with all the statutory & ISO requirements
Purchase and maintain laboratory reagent and glass ware to ensure availability when required
Accomplishments:
Developed method of digesting catalyst using USF (Ultra sonification) as an alternative method of preparing ICP sample (which is cheapest, easiest, lowest time consuming) instead of traditional method using MWD(Microwave Digestion) (which is costly, require proper training, time consuming),
Also received Approval & MOC FORM from the collaborators INEOS-Naperville-USA
Developed method of ICP measurement using glass nebulizer (RSD<1%) as an effective tool instead of Teflon nebuliser (RSD>2%) to fall within collaborator’s specification & requirements
Created an Excel that generate graph to based different parameters for enhancement of catalyst performance. Given a suggestion to get better results and minimise the time period for temper analysis.
