• Maintain a high level of understanding of the open positions. Enter ATHs accurately into applicant tracking software within 8 hours of receipt.
• Use applicant tracking software to identify, track, and retrieve resumes/candidates whose qualifications match the required qualifications in open positions.
• Perform first level search of candidates and develop pool of minimally qualified candidates.
• Create “hot lists” of hard-to-fill positions and immediately screen candidates and pass on to Employment Coordinators.
• Perform reference checks within 8 hours of receipt.
• Verifies licensures and rehire eligibility in Cyborg on all final candidates.
