· Analysis of food products with techniques such as rheometry, NIR, KF, GC, HPLC, NMR, titrations, acid hydrolysis, Soxhlet, Clevenger, texture, water activity, UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, particle size, PCR, Delvotest® and microbial limit test for various pathogens
