Daily admin are done, dye batches (15 batches min a day 24/7 cycle) to the dye house – according to orders then stock.

All truck loadings get captured on a daily basis.

Weekly delivery notes are correct and get send up to accounts department in order after I have captured on a spreadsheet.

All cutsheets are filled in correct. According to what’s cut, Get finish product into system and ready for dispatch to customers.

Double checking all pickings are done correctly, that was picked by the staff.

Ensure by day end that all pickings have been picked up, if not inform customer service the following day.

When picking staff, ensure that we follow First In First Out.

Assist with border documents – picking lists and delivery notes, cross border docs.

Give summary of customer outstanding orders once a week to operational manager.

Expedite and follow-up every day on orders, ensure when dispatching gets done the correct customers goods and correct amount are being dispatch on correct delivery notes. Ensuring the customer order is filled as required.

Ensure everyone meets with the ETA given.

Ensure to do stock take of boxes and bags on a weekly basis with store lady and hand totals over to the buyer.

Ensuring all clock-ins are done probably and given to HR.
