Worked on the Mall of Qatar, as a Senior Project Manager, reporting to the Project Director.
I had 11 staff members reporting to me and am responsible for drafting job descriptions, their performance appraisals and mentoring.
The tenant mix comprised primarily International fashion brands, I handle the Anchor Tenant Salam International and they afflicted Brands
I act as the transitions between the Tenant, Landlord, Landlords Consultants and the Tenants team of Consultants and Contractors on both sides.
I attend and minute all site and relevant Tenant meetings and document any changes in the scope of work such as Power Upgrade requirements, Chilled Water Supply upgrades and any number of other possible changes to the Landlord’s base building. I coordinated the process of costs for the Tenant Variation Request and implementation of changes required.
Liaison with the Legal department on issuing of Default and Termination Notices to Tenants not complying with the required processes as agreed to in the signed Head of Terms or Lease.
Confluence PM/ Faithful+Gould Muscat, Oman
July 2013 – July 2015
Confluence PM, a Singapore based Project Management Company, which was acquitted by Faithful and Gould a company of the Atkins WS Group, the world largest engineering company, listed at the London Stock Exchange.
Worked as a Construction Manager for extension and redevelopment of Muscat’s largest shopping Centre, Muscat City Centre, a MAF Properties project, representing the Client, for the development of a 10 fully digitalized screen Multiplex VOX cinema and relocation of Magic Planet, and expansion of retail stores.
