•Researched and toured 30+ co-location data centers, determined most cost-effective and logical solution, and negotiated new five-year lease reducing annual costs from $4.3M to $2.8M, a total savings of $7.5M.

•Championed migration of equipment upon lease expiration to two co-location data centers yielding $900K/year in savings.

•Headed consolidation of 151 custom server cabinets throughout six individual cages to 113 custom cabinets in one cage augmenting power and HVAC efficiency and providing net savings of $1.5M/year.

•Ensured all HVAC, power, UPS, and network installation met equipment and customer requirements while leading the design and build-out of the company’s first international 2MW data center.
