Sought and developed all strategic product manufacturers and distributors to supply the various award products for CONUS and OCONUS contracts.

Worked with Contracting Officers and KOs to develop tight product specifications for Form 9 submittals leading to significant increases in the Fuduric company’s bid to award ratio.
Introduced multiple new innovative products into the sales pipeline.
Directly responsible for multiple long term BEQs and IDIQs by developing relationships with federal buyers. Focused on understanding the buyers’ daily problems then developed or sourced product solutions. Built relationships with the manufactures to seamless supply the various awarded CLIN numbers.

Awarded multiyear high value supply contract servicing the Army CUNOS and OCUNOS.
Won multiple awards to supply 100% recyclable mattresses as both prime vendor and sub-contractor.
Oversaw sourcing efforts that led to higher margins as well as increased win to loss ratios.
Sourced, negotiated, purchased, and oversaw customer facing and back-office software solutions to fulfill contract obligations and increase level of customer service. Reduced the number of shipment errors and decreased delivery times.

Developed the Government Sales divisions and grew the line of business to over $12 million in annual federal sales within first 5yrs. Grew and led team of 12.
Identified customer targets, developing product offerings that adhered to the DFAR and FAR, forecasting, inventory management, contract negotiation, RFP/RFQ process and bid submittals.
Modernized and rewrote existing Mil Specs to align with environmentally friendly products developed by Valley Forge Fabrics. Aligned with the guidelines laid out in executive orders resulting in our products getting approved for agency wide mandatory purchase.
Developed products from concept to award. Process included sourcing components and ensuring adherence to specific regulations including the Buy American Act, the Berry Amendment, and TAA compliance.
Through the 4PAL program, collaborated with the Marine Corp. to develop and standardize a roller shade window blind program for use in base wide offices as well as soldier’s dorm rooms. We handled each project from site analysis through installation.
Created the “Bed in a bag” program. Partnered with the CNIC (Navy Command) to utilize Bio preferred specifications developed by my team as their mandatory bedding on all BEQ/UH beds worldwide. Established partnership with US manufacturers and oversaw the implementation of the global program. Delivered $5million dollars of the “bed in bags” annually to the Navy. Grew the program to include sales within all other branches of the Department of Defense.
Introduced the only 100% recyclable mattress currently available to federal buyers. Established a completely recyclable mattress program which included picking up the mattress at the end of its usable life and recycling it back into itself.
Developed and sold over 350 GSA approved SKU’s.

Oversaw the development and sales training for Valley Forges Hookless Spa Shower Curtain.
Grew program to include multi hotel national brand standards such as Crown Plaza, Red Roof Inn, Hilton, and others.
Led team that developed Valley Forge’s “Living Fresh" linen and terry program utilizing Tencel Plus to adhere to environmental standards.
Led team that developed, introduced, and trained sales teams on “Top of the Bed” program. Led to over $30 million in new sales in the first 4 years. Became multiple hotel national brand standards for “Top of the Bed” products.
Sought and found multiple bedding manufacturers to partner with both domestically and abroad. Developed numerous bedding specifications and QC requirements to ensure standards were met regardless of manufacturing location.
