As a customer service consultant for MMI, which is an insurance company within the financial industry, my main objective was to assist with all client related enquiries, requests and complaints within ‘n 48-hour turnaround time. The platform of my service was mainly face to face customers, but also included telephonic and email assistance customer complaints and queries.
