-Determining the Information Systems (IS) and VAS services KPIs that assist in executive-level decision making (balancing performance across the organization, benchmarking the organization’s performance against its competitors), managerial-level decision making (learning, budgeting, improving the business process, improving the underlying work process), and operational-level decision making (automating and improving repetitive activities, improving the efficiency of business process, enhancing day-to-day decisions for increasing efficiency, utilizing resources effectively)

-Assessing value for new VAS systems by applying a competitive bid process on all vendors whenever acquiring systems that meet the organization needs through (systems planning and selection, systems analysis, development of RFP, proposal evaluation, vendor selection)
