Recruitment activities:

Responsible for the whole recruitment process/activities and deliver recruitment services which align with Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Keep close communication technical team/ hiring manager/Group_ DH level and TA team members to understand the general Business Unit and job requirement, provide consultancy to hiring managers about searching strategy, define the assessment processes & tools with hiring manager and update hiring status;

Conduct HR face to face or phone interviews, facilitate the interview panel discussion and provide valuable hiring advices to hiring managers and candidates;

Communicate with Recruitment Agency and ensure the correct understanding on job requirements and develop an effective sourcing strategy together;

Manage successful relationships with stakeholders (candidates, line managers, vendors etc.);

Support hiring managers on recruitment related policies, processes and skills to ensure their understanding and compliance with the policies and processes, as well as develop their hiring capabilities;

Other assignments in charge:

Handle associate engagement activities

Conduct On boarding training for new associates (first day at work)

Associate Meeting Feedback _ Skip level meeting (after joining one month- three month- five month), provide monthly-quarterly- yearly report to Management Levels.

Take action base on individual case

Provide consultants to related stakeholders to solve the issue or problem of the associate.

Provide feedback and Correct associates’ awareness

In charge of campus relationship activities as well as graduate recruitment events.

Job fair; Support Recruitment Manager to conduct Soft skills training at Universities.

Company Introduction and Mass Fresher Recruitment.

Cooperate with Technical Groups to renew Technical Entrance Test (2016).

Make various reports for different topics including Recruitment Topics or Associates Care events.

Support Internal/External Bosch events: Sing performance; Dance Performance; Social Care activities.

TA team engagement activities: Domain knowledge sharing from technical team.
