Waller Park project Hired as superintendent for 100-million-dollar project at state capital complex window replacement, with bomb proof frames and glass /ballistic proof frames and glass. But project was set back twice. I was working on Waller Park project waiting on window project, where I was put on a labor crew for five months. When I was told the project was tied up in appropriations’ and they had not signed the contract and five more months until project started. I began losing interest in doing labor work every day.

Demo all sheet rock insulation and damaged MEP, demo all duct work AC units and fans. Replace all with new. Call in all inspections on all twenty-eight buildings with the state inspector and the states project manager for all inspections. Renovations of two medical buildings.

Install a footer 3x12x660lf footer on helical piles with a 3x16 retaining wall between sports field and Florida wet land. install utilities, drainage pipe and structures for sports fields. Parking lots, baseball, softball and tennis. Student housing.

Calling in inspections. Superintendent over rebar, layout and MEP, rough in. Concreate pours and testing oversite. Framing floor joist and rafter inspections, deliveries and unloading with J cranes. Steel layout and inspection. Sheathing nail off inspection. Tyvek inspection per detail. Windows, doors, trim, cabinets deliveries and installation oversite. We had three superintendents on site I held the position directly under the senior superintendent on site, doing most of the leg work and inspecting insulation subcontractors.
