Set up and operation of, die press polymer injection mold.
• Load polymer hoppers with base material.
• Clear injection material bleed off from machinery. Operate die press each quarter of my shift and QA
finished product for any defect or deficiencies.
•
Also, may float position for Packer, Fork Lift
operations, or any man power shortage as needed.
•
Set up and operation of, New recently on line model combination die press polymer injection mold with
conveyance system to rubber mold injection and press for anti slip model product.
Same process as all above for standard die press
polymer injection mold.
•
New system currently operating in partially manual mode requiring hands on removal and press
clearing and set up for each cycle to ensure QA of finished product.
•
Currently being trained by shift manager and lead
tech. for machine start up operation, and how to
resolve any error stops, as well as end of week shut down and machine maintenance.

Complete installation of microwave down link
equipment for television/internet satellite receiving equipment, including, but limited to:
Onsite surveys, to determine line of site for dish location placement.
•
Mounting all necessary hardware :i.e. satellite dish, roof, wall, or ground mount hardware.}
•
Route all wiring, applicable inline circuitry, and connect to preexisting on site equipment, including electrical grounding circuits.

• Align dish for maximum signal strength.

Educate consumer as to all operations and controls of equipment.

docks, to furnace room, for smelting or storage.

Machine Operator:
Set up and operation of industrial Gate Cutter
machine, used to remove gates from two and four
stroke motor cylinder heads.

Set up and operation of industrial Extruder machine, used to remove casting sand and silica from two
and four stroke motor cylinder heads.
•
Set up and operation of industrial Shot Blast
machine, used to polish two and four stroke motor
cylinder heads, for final finishing milling machines.

Machine Maintenance.
Tear down and rebuild neumatic oil injected
reamers, for High and low pressure flashing tables.
•
Installation of new or rebuilt neumatic cylinder
hammers for the sand extruder machine. and install mounting blocks in same machine per requiered
cylinder head model being run for production.
•
install new industrial cutting blades for cylinder head gate cutting machine.
•
mantain shot levels and discard waste shot dust for industrial shot blast machine.
•
replace and or clean any and all machine oil level requirments and air filtration systems.
•
R and R fork lift forks for proper size forks needed, exchange fuel cylinders as needed.
