PROFESSIONAL OBJECTIVE
My objective is to join an organization that takes a collaborative approach to managing project work, i.e.: Cross-Functional leadership supports the PMO intake process and resource management structure. I have found this to be true, irrespective of the method the organizational approach to work; Agile or Waterfall.
I have eight years’ experience facilitating difficult, large and small projects. I have worked across the globe with business partners in Germany and Italy, for infrastructure work, and in a healthcare environment. My experience involves working with vendors to build a new server room, planning involved to run dark fiber cable, and other manufacturing related projects. Moreover, I have experience working in a large hospital network to implement workflow process improvement projects, Epic-related upgrades, compliance, residency workflow improvement, and more.
Project work is my passion. My ideal role would be Sr. Project Manager. I thoroughly enjoy facilitating team conversation and getting work done. I will facilitate the calls by asking clarification questions, summarizing important conversational points and takeaways, and identifying who owns action items. I take a very realistic approach to reaching goals, and collaboratively work with sponsors, product owners to define what ‘done’ is, and when it can be realistically achieved, or how we can reach a compliance target.
